Taylor Development, Inc. recently completed a resurfacing job on our shared driveway.  Not only was the work done in a timely manner.  Mark and his crew showed complete professionalism regarding every aspect of the job.  As many people who live rurally on shared driveways well know, emotions can run high when dealing with maintenance issues.  Mark was the ultimate diplomat in our case, kindly easing any fears and frustrations our neighbors had.  If you’re looking for a company with true integrity, we highly recommend Taylor Development, Inc.

Your work on the Redwood Wetland Mitigation Project is greatly appreciated.  This type of project is both difficult for the standard contractor to understand and to accomplish.  It requires a great deal of attention to detail and the ability and motivation to work with the Project Manager to achieve the desired effect in order to meet the conditions of the permit.

Your firm listened to what was needed and performed well.  The added care that was taken, provided an end product that we can all be proud of.  I am sure that the work was well worth the effort, in that the wetland will establish itself and flourish, providing a tremendous benefit in the way of habitat to the wetland population.

I feel that you went the extra mile in providing all the additional site work required and were extremely generous in your donations of time and materials to make the project a success.  It is refreshing to see a contractor take such ownership in a project and willingness to give to the community in large.  I look forward to working with your firm on projects in the future.

With trust and confidence Taylor Site Development (TSD) is recommended to you as a successful, industrious, and competent contractor.

TSD has been in front of the Medford Parking Lot project from the start.  Their timely provisions of information, accurate schedule projection, and team attitude have been instrumental in making this project successful.

Of special note is their flexible and courteous interaction with multiple community enterprises which rented the Armory throughout the project.  The Project Manager, has been there at each step insuring subcontractors were clear how their work interfaced with the public as well as other subcontractors.  His can do attitude was infectious and contributed to a positive approach throughout the project.

Of note too, the parking lot is the second time that we have contracted with TSD at Medford in the past five years.  Both the Inspector and Project Manager for the previous project echoed commendation of Taylor Site Development.
